Since Xiaomi has already announced its Dark Grey variant of the Mi 4i smartphone on Wednesday, the news of price cuts on other smartphones in should not come as a surprise but a welcome gesture to benefit the fans of Xiaomi fans in India.

In its tweet, Xiaomi said, “We’re dropping some exciting news tomorrow noon,” with an image that showed pants dropping down to the ground, which should indicate a heavy price slash of Mi 4i, Mi 4, Redmi 2, MiPad tablet, Redmi Note 4G, and the Mi Band in India. To get an idea as to how far the company can cut the prices, here is a glance at the existing prices of these brands:
Mi 4i: 16 GB – Rs. 17,999 (Possible price slash tomorrow)
Mi 4 64 GB: Rs.21,999 (Possible price slash tomorrow)
Mi 4: Rs.12,999 (Already slashed by rs.2,000)
Redmi 2: Rs.6,999 (Slight price cut likely)
Mi Pad: Rs.12,999 More price cut likely)
Redmi Note 4G: Rs.9,999 (Major slash possible)
Mi Band: Rs.699 (Already slashed from Rs.999)
Otherwise, the new Dark Grey variant of the Xiaomi Mi 4i will is ready for a flash sale on June 16 with the registrations started on Wednesday to end on Monday before the 2 PM sale hits the online frenzy of the company.

The Xiaomi Mi 4i, priced Rs.12,999 sports a 5-inch full-HD (1080×1920 pixels) OGS Corning Concore IPS display with 441ppi and runs MIUI-6 based on Android 5.0 Lollipop and a 64-bit octa-core Snapdragon 615 processor with Adreno 405 GPU.
The meomory of 2GB of RAM and 13-megapixel rear camera with f/2.0 aperture and dual-tone flash besides a 5-megapixel front-facing camera make it competitive in specs with any rival in the range. There is no USB slot anyway to increase the 16GB inbuilt storage, though on battery front, it has an advanced 3120mAh battery backup.
