As Bahubali 2 is all set to be released on April 28, 2017, after almost 19 months after its first part’s release on July 10 in 2015 and host of its actors and actresses, outsiders and admirers are queueing up to express their solidarity.
To begin with the lead actor Prabhas remained the least spoken person about Bahubali 2 and he wasted his opportunity to speak even when everyone else finished in high pitch on the stage a month ago in Hyderabad during the pre-release function.
After spending five years in his career on one franchisee, Prabhas said he became a fan of archery and hoped to devote more time to it once the wrap up is done. “I want to devote more time for the game once I wrap up promotions of Baahubali-2”, said the lead actor.
But Rana Daggubati or Bhalladeva, who played antagonist, is upbeat about his role and the film. “Right now, it’s plain excitement ahead of the release. We are very excited about how the product has shaped up and we want everyone to see that very soon,” Rana told the media.
Sathyaraj, who played the iconic Kattappa role and triggered the non-ending question “Why Kattappa Killed Bahubali” repeated the same line saying “My director asked me to kill Bahubali”, but Kanadigas went one step ahead and sought his apology not for killing Bahubali but making provocative remarks during the Cauvery row nine years ago. He did apologise for the smooth release of Bahubali 2 in Karnataka, especially in Bangalore.
Above all, Rajamouli is one director who kept the tempo high for his film with constant tweets and quotes all over. Thanking everyone on the stage, Rajamouli gives great push to the film and its producers for their undeterred support.
