Taliban Ridicules Nobel Peace Prize for Malala, Hits Out on Twitter

malalaPakistan-based Taliban, which had shot school girl Malala Yousafzai in 2012 and led to her fame worldover for her fight against the terror outfit’s diktat against girl child education, has finally reacted on expected lines ridiculing the Noebl Peace prize 2014 for her.

Describing Malala as the ‘enemy of Islam’, Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) spokesperson Ehsanullah Ehsan tweeted saying Taliban has got ‘sharp& shiny knives’ ready for Malala, who is spreading the ‘propaganda of Kuffar’.

“Characters like Malala should know that we r not deterred by propaganda of Kuffar, We have prepared sharp&shiny knives for the enemy of Islam,” tweeted Ehsanullah Ehsan @ehsanullahehsan.

With a tongue-in-cheek tweet that followed the above, it has also ridiculed how a dynamite inventor’s money is bing used for the Nobel Peace Prize after him, Alfred Nobel, who had invented Dynamite that is used in explosives.

In her book, “I am Malala: The Girl Who Stood Up for Education and Was Shot by the Taliban”, co-written by Christina Lamb, she described the Taliban horror she had undergone in her native Swat town bordering Afghanistan.

Malala said her role model was Benazir Bhutto and wishes to join Pakistan politics to take up her mission to make girl education accessible to all in her country.

It was not entirely unexpected reaction from Taliban as it defended its act against Malala last year in October saying the Pakistani schoolgirl deserved to die because she had spoken out against the group and praised US President Barack Obama and called her a “spy of the West”
“For this espionage, infidels gave her awards and rewards. And Islam orders killing of those who are spying for enemies,” the group said in a statement last year. “She used to propagate against mujahideen (holy warriors) to defame (the) Taliban. The Holy Quran says that people propagating against Islam and Islamic forces would be killed… We did not attack her for raising voice for education. We targeted her for opposing mujahideen and their war,” said the Taliban.
