Rajat Gupta, who surrendered to FBI on Wednesday, has been released on bail. The former McKinsey chief was accused in an insider trading scam in the United States. Though he surrendered, he pleaded not guilty throwing the gauntlet at the authorities to prove him guilty. He is facing charges in a 6-count indictment for alleged insider trading.
