Bollywood Badshah Shah Rukh Khan went online to wish his wife Gauri Khan on her 44th birthday and to thank her for the "wonderful family" that consists of their three children- Aryan, Suhana and AbRam.
Shahrukh Khan celebrated his wife’s birthday on Wednesday night with close friends Karisma Kapoor, Hrithik Roshan, Farah Khan, Zoya Akhtar among others, besides posting it on twitter.
"Happy Birthday to my wife Gauri. May you smile today, as much as you have made the family smile. Love and Happiness always" — read the tweet.
Gauri met Shahrukh Khan in 1984 in Delhi when he just debuted as a TV actor and got married to him on October 26, 1991 before he made it big in Bollywood. Despite innumerable controversies about their fidelity to each other, the couple has had managed to keep the family in tact.
The couple own Red Chillies Entertainment that gave since 2002 several big time hits like Main Hoon Na, Kaal, My Name is Khan, Don 2, RA.One, Student Of The Year, Chennai Express and the upcoming Farah Khan-directed "Happy New Year" to be released on October 22.
