Shah Rukh Khan is not letting any stone unturned when it comes to his latest film “Ra-One”. Apart from a heavy media blitz, internet advertisements and print media, he is also roping in many stalwarts of the film industry to make sure the film has a pan-India appeal.
His request to Tamil actor Rajinikanth to do a cameo was met with gracefully by the actor who is recovering from illness. Rajinikanth flew to Mumbai and acted on the sets of “Ra.One” on Sunday, coinciding with the birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi. The short scene depicts Rajinikanth in his Robot film attire to rescue SRK with his magnetic pull of all the guns aimed at the hero in the film.
In his tweet on Sunday after the event, Shahrukh Khan said: “Misconcepts, misunderstood, stressed and then Rajini sir walks in the sets of Ra.One and you know why God made films! Thanks Soundarya for making our dream come true. Ra.One completed today, Rajini sir blessed it. I have tears in my eyes of gratitude and only prayers and love for his whole family. You complete us sir”.
