Now anybody can buy the OnePlus One 64 GB phone for Rs. 19,998 and the 16 GB variant for Rs,14,999. On exchange, the discountgoes down further and you can get it for Rs.9,998.
OnePlus has been aggressive in India after it settled the Cyanogen updates controversy with Micromax, out of court. Another reason cited for its huge discounts was that the OnePlus Two is in the pipeline for an early release next month and the stock clearance of OnePlus One is a major coner for the company.
However, the exchange offer is limited to some areas. To check whether you area dealer is providing the exchange discount, you can check it on Amazon India instantly, providing your postal PIN code.
If the exchange offer is available, then the user can enter the details of the phone such as the brand, model (and IMEI number), and enter to know the finally discounted price that is being offered.
However, not all the phones command the same rate of exchange discoutn now, as the HTC One M9 gets maximum discount of Rs.9000, while exchanging the Xiaomi Redmi Note gets merely Rs 3,000.
“Exchange upto Rs. 10000. Please note that only functional and display intact devices will be accepted. The IMEI number on the device will be verified by the executive collecting the device,” says the note on Flipkart website.
Flipkart is also providing some discounts on its own as those who download the app and search for the product are given special offers along with the OnePlus One. So, there is a price variation when you buy from a desktop or from a mobile.
