The first promotional video of Salman Khan dressed in a pilot uniform did raise eyebrows but many brushed it aside as another teaser from the smart-looking hero and suggesting a setting made up in Mumbai to save time and money. But not when the second promo showed an aircraft and an airport in the background.
Now the third promo of Bigg Boss 8 released on Wednesday clearly shows that the crew and passengers are packing their bags and heading perhaps to fly out of the country, which makes many to ponder the possible theme behind this season’s TV show by Salman Khan.
In fact, Salman Khan asks all the viewers to be ready and keep their bags packed, which means distant landscapes, home settings and even the possibility of an aircraft disappearing somewhere in the middle of a no-man’s land.
Or will it be a recast of the March 8 Missing Malaysian aircraft story? The TV show writers had enough time to weave a story around the disappearance of the plane and the post-crash scenario where the passengers would be stuck in a forest or no-man’s land and trying to eke out a living with Bigg Boss behind the scenes.
The real picture will be known when the show begins on September 21.
