K-CET 2017 Rank/Results Declared, Link Open Now, Check Rank, Cross-Check with 2016 Cutoff

The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) published the results link at around 12 noon but when enthusiastic candidates followed it, the results page said the access will be at 1 PM. Meanwhile, the website slowed down and some students concluded that it would have crashed under heavy traffic load.

However, the link is available now and candidates can check their rank and results at the following two links provided by Karnataka Examination Authority for the results of K-CET 2017:

Karnataka CET was conducted on May 2 and 3, 2017 in offline mode at 54 centres across the state of Karnataka and nearly 2 lakh students appeared for the exam this year. The exam was conducted for nearly 50,000 engineering seats in various colleges of Karnataka.

The counselling process may start next week and the counselling dates are to start tentatively from June 5. Once the rank is known, students can check the last year 2016 cut-off point to the top 10 engineering colleges in Karnataka as given in the table below and get a fair idea on the college where they have better chance to get into the stream or subject of their preference:
