After breaking all the box office records, Baahubali is again in news. The movie poster erected in Kochi as reported, vying for the honour was accorded the status of being the largest film poster and it was officially confirmed by the Guinness World records.
Bahubali director S.S. Rajamouli also tweeted and confirmed the official award, congratulated Prem Menon and his team of Global United Media, Kochi for making the epic movie poster.
The Guinness Book website said the largest poster has an area of 4,793.65 m² (51,598.21 ft²) and was achieved by Global United Media Company Pvt Ltd (India) in Kochi, India, on 27 June 2015.

In a tweet on wednesday Guinness World records official twitter account said, See how the world’s largest poster – 4,793.65 m² – was created for Baahubali movie.

In an event held in Kochi, movie’s lead actors Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Anushka Shetty and Tamannaah Bhatia were present along with the whole crew for the unveiling of the poster.
SS Rajamouli’s ‘Baahubali’ is made with a budget of 250 crore, which is one of the most expensive films ever made on Indian Cinema history. Right from sets to actors, everything in ‘Baahubali’ looks epic, said many reviews.
Baahubali become the fastest 100 crore movie and now it has now crossed Rs.350-crore mark within 2 weeks of its release.
