Inter Results Declared Today

The Board of Intermediate Education of Andhra Pradesh declared Intermediate 1st Year & second Year Results 2016 together for the first time on 19th April 2016. Candidates who had written the exam can get the results from the official website here:

This time, in the first year, 72.09% girls passed and 64.02% of boys cleared the exam, and in second year 76.43% girls passed versus 71.02% of boys, of a total of 4,67,747 candidates (regular). In all, 3,18,300 passed in first year and in the second year, 3,03,934 students out of 4,11,941, who appeared in the exam, passed.

The advanced supplementary examination will be held on May 24 and the fee has to be paid by April 26. For recounting and re-verification of answer sheets, the last date for paying the fee is April 26. The fee for recounting is Rs. 120 for each paper and Rs.720 re-verification.

The students are examined in Part-I English, Part-II Second Language and Part-III Group subjects for 500 marks in 1st year and 500 marks in 2nd year in Arts Group, 475 marks in HEG group and 470 marks in 1st year and 530 marks in 2nd year in MPC group, and 440 marks in 1st year and 560 Marks in 2nd year for the Bi.P.C. group. A minimum of 35 in each paper is required to be declared pass in the exam.
