Indian Lady Fined for Bringing Cow Urine to New Zealand

An Indian woman has been fined Rs 17,000 for not declaring cow urine at New Zealand airport recently owing to strict import rules.
“When the officers started to inspect the contents of the luggage, they found two bottles of cow urine for medicinal purposes,” said Antony Owen, a senior customs official.
New Zealand has strict immigration rules and once Sachin Tendulkar’s die-hard fan Sudhir Kumar Chaudhary, whose body was painted in the tri colour was fined $1000 (Rs. 60,000) for carrying his paint colour in Auckland, but he was carrying a letter from the ‘Little Master’ which saved him.
Even Harbhajan Singh was once fined NZ$500 because his white cricket shoes had a thick layer of mud stuck to it.
