Australia enjoyed the home tur advantage making 200 runs in 35 overs loosing its second wicket in 34 th over making it difficult for India to restrain the home team at 250 as projected earlier.

Currently, Finch at 73 and Maxwell at 4 are on the crease testing Indian skills in bowling.

 

Earlier, Australia won the toss and chose to bat first in the crucial second World Cup semifinal match being played at the Sydney Cricket Ground on Thursday.
