PSY shot to fame with his hit number ‘Gangnam Style’ in 2012 when his video went viral getting more than one billion views mark on YouTube by December 2012, becoming the most watched video surpassing the record held by Justin Bieber’s ‘Baby’.
It topped the chart in more than 300 countries, becoming the first ever K-pop track to reach number. His follow up numbers — Gentlemen and Hangover — were relatively good on Youtube but never reached the fame as Gangnam Style ever. The K-Pop singer is currently working on a new album meant for release later this year.
