Promising bright future for Telangana if NDA comes to power, BJP candidate Narendra Modi said he reached out to Telangana with expectations that the region would support BJP and vote for the party and its allies to provide a stable government that can develop the region as promised.

Modi promised to look for new solutions to the problems of Telangana and reminded the voters that only the NDA government at  the centre would make it possible.

Here are some key points he made during his speech:
*Telanagana is formed after many sacrifices, so he asked people to think twice as to who should come to power.
* Take a new approach to elections unlike the previous ones.
*Rajiv Gandhi, father of Rahul gandhi earlier insulted the then chief minister, Late Shri Anjaiah.
*Congress president Sonia Gandhi too insulted then Prime Minister late P.V Narasimha Rao of Telangana, who was known for his financial reforms and allowing the Multi-National Companies (MNCs), which opened the gates for new jobs to sustain today’s youth in their own country, India. But even his funeral was not held properly due to bureaucratic protocol, he reminded.

*Hardly any Congress leader attended his funeral to pay homage to P.V. Narasimha Rao.
*Finally, he said, “Do you Vote for such party ?” and asked Telangana people to introspect their pride while voting in this elections.
*Youth has the power and guts to take Telangana and Seemandhra towards development side.
*He asked why youth prefer to go to the Gulf countries, why they should leave their families and live so far. If they have job opportunities back home, why should they go to the Gulf?, he questioned. “If NDA comes to power we will resolve all these problems,” Modi said addressing the people of Telangana.

Telangana region will go to polls on 30 April, while the Seemandhra region will have elections on 7 May.
