The draw for DDA allotment of flats is over and in all 25,034 turned lucky on Tuesday but there are too many complaints that the draw was rigged as some names were repeated and those with “Meena” popped up almost on every page.
The Delhi Development Authority’s (DDA’s) mega housing scheme was held at its headquarters, Vikas Sadan with judges present and many onlookers eagerly checking the process but critics blame it on some goof up.
The results are available HERE.
DDA vice-chairman Balvinder Kumar said flats will be handed over after they are completely constructed with all amenities. “Almost all flats will be ready for hand over by end of December 2014.”
DDA said it will hold a special camp at Vikas Sadan after 15 days to hand over allotment papers.
“Altogether 3,914 flats in Rohini and 2,840 flats in Siraspur will be ready by March 2015,” Kumar said.
