While Comedk-2015 has uploaded the score of the candidates on its website, the results and ranking of COMEDK UGET 2015 will be published on June 8, taking well over a week since Karnataka CET results were announced.
Though the results were to be announced on May 30, they have been postponed to June 8 in view of the complaints over PUC marks and discrepancies.
The Consortium of Medical, Engineering and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) has decided to wait before beginning its counselling owing to the controversy pover the PUC(II) Exam 2015 Results.
Several students and organisations have hit the streets protesting against the erroneous results, which has forced the CET results from May 26 to June 1.
The Department of Pre-University Education is currently processing 2,825 applications for re-evaluation and 10,115 applications for photocopying. In all the cases, the revaluation and re-totalling fee has been waived off, said the government.
COMEDK UGET 2015 conducted on May 10 by the Karnataka Private Medical & Dental Colleges Association, before the CET was held in the state, however decided to wait for the controversy to be over to announce the results and take up the counselling process in the state.
COMEDK is a common entrance test followed by centralized counseling (Single window system) for admission to private engineering colleges in Karnataka.
