The week’s first episode and the fifth one in the fourth season of “Meelo Evaru Koteeswarudu” apparently devoted contestants’ time for a message maime dance to tell audience that dynamism in life is more essential than a lonely life.
After the hotseat occupier Rajashekhara Reddy, an alumni of the same Intermediate college where Chiranjeevi studied came out with his rare gifts of his old marks-sheet and a rare photo of him with his teachers opened the quiz session, the routine began with rather easy questions.
The other interesting outcomes of the show include how the contestant married a Tamil-Telugu woman from Chennai and Chiranjeevi trying his Tamil a bit reluctantly to Rajashekhara Reddy’s resignation from his bank job on VRS over his boss’s remarks. The contestant’s presence in agricultural field and his mother’s vow to donate her body after demise for medical college and his own wish to do the same gave the fillip to wean away boredom from the show.
When a question on Fidel Castro and cuba popped up, Chiranjeevi recalled how his visit to Cuba two years ago was memorable. Then Cuban Ambassador C. Rajashekhar, who happened to be a Telugu IFS officer from 1990 batch, hosted a dinner in his honour, who was a Tourism minister then. A photograph of Fidel Castro’s son with Chiranjeevi was also shown in the TV show, bringing in more vitality.
Finally, the contestant could not answer the question for Rs.12.5 lakhs over the famous skill from Allagadda and Durgi, which is stone sculpture. But Rajashekhara Reddy is happy to quit with Rs.6.2 lakhs cheque.
