Chiranjeevi’s brother Pawan Kalyan, busy shooting for his upcoming film ‘Katamarayudu’ failed to turn up at his brother’s 150th film “Khaidi No 150” which celebrated its pre-release event at Hai Land hotel in Guntur.
The much-awaited film by Chiranjeevi after 60 years of age is directed by V.V.Vinayak and set for release on Wednesday, Jan 11,2017, coinciding with the Sankranti festival which is a major celebration time in the Coastal Andhra region.
As the news over the brothers’ rivalry is a major gossip in the Telugu film industry, the recent gesture by Pawan skipping all the 150th film functions of Chiranjeevi has come a s a major shocker.
Moreover, a tweet by Katamarayudu producer, Pawan Kalyan’s friend Sharrath Marar came as an insult than a praise or wish. It showed a fan on top of a make-shift arch from where he was pushing flowers in a dangerous posture. The text read: “This is pure worship! Chiranjeevi garu at a rally! @PawanKalyan wishes Chianjeevu garu’s #khaidiNo150 a grand success!”
No wonder, the tweet has gone awry owing to puzzled fans of elder brother over the younger one’s absence and remarks. It is also widely believed that “Katamarayudu” will be a mega-film to top the 2017 telugu films in row including Chiranjeevi’s “Khaidi No 150”.
