Bigg Boss 8 Serbian Model Natasha Out; Salman Khan too Surprised?

Serbian model and Bigg Boss 8 contestant Natasha Stankovic is out of the popular TV show on Sunday following her eviction in a more dramatic fashion where dance troopers escorted her out of the show.

Rumours are abound that she may get a chance in Salman Khan’s forthcoming film as she was one of his favourites in the TV show this year and even he was taken aback by her eviction.

Though Serbian model-cum-dancer, Natasha Stankovic, is keen to join Bollywood and she was lucky to get into the show as the initial 15 participants but her lack of command on the Hindi language and her troubles adjusting with Indian food inside the Bigg Boss house, led to her eviction after a month into the reality show.

Natasa’s exit from the house also came when the contestants were celebrating Diwali with host Salman Khan and in a number, dancers who came in to entertain the inmatest took Natasa out with them, hinting at her eviction that took all the other inmates by surprise. Her friends Diandra, Soni, Karishma and Sushant were upset at her exit, while Diandra was extremely shocked and ran to the bedroom after Natasha’s exit.

Natasha Stankovic, first appeared in an item number in ‘Satyagraha’, and she was keen to enter the Bollywood and took up ‘Bigg Boss’ to build a career in Hindi films. She was one of the 15 initial contestants to participate in the Bigg Boss 8 season hosted by Salman Khan.

“I decided to do the show because I want to improve my Hindi. My Hindi is not good at all. I need to learn the language as I want to stay here and join the Hindi film industry. I hope that the show helps me get into films not just songs but good roles in movies,” Natasha said while entering the TV show.

The model was nervous from the beginning as she said she was the only foreigner inside the house. “It is going to be very difficult because I have never lived with so many people before. Also, I know it will not be easy being a foreigner. I don’t know how people will react to me,” she said.

The tricky nomination method brought her to the exit door once in the past but second time she could not escape it. This week, Natasha was nominated along with Gautam, Soni, Karishma and Puneet, among others. As is the case with Indians, the hyperactive and argumentative lot get to last for long in the show while the foreigner, mostly silent and confined to herself, was shown the door. It remains to be seen whether she would make it to Bollywod in a better way now.

‘Bigg Boss 8’ is aired everyday at 9 pm on Colors TV channel.
