‘Bahubali’ news today show that S.S. Rajamouli wanted to cast Hrithik Roshan and John Abraham for the lead roles of his magnum opus ‘Baahubali’ Hindi version, but owing to tight schedules of both actors, it was deferred and a dubbed version made it to the theatres.
Made on a massive budget of Rs.250 crore, Rajamouli’s movie has been released in four different languages — Telugu, Tamil, Hindi and Malayalam. The movie already has crossed Rs.350 crore in box office collections, making it the biggest grosser in Indian film industry.
There has been a Baahubali storm in twitter and other social media, celebrities and fans have been praising it on social media. But news on Bahubali fail to disappear despite the film finishing its second week after release.
Petrol Bombs hurled at theatre:
Seven members of a ‘Puratchi Puligal’ (Revolutionary Tigers) were arrested in Madurai, Tamil Nadu on Thursday for allegedly hurling petrol bombs at a theatre where blockbuster ‘Baahubali’ was being screened, with no report of casualty, police said.
Police said they had hurled the bombs just to gain the publicity, Earlier the activists claimed that the film contained derogatory dialogues about Dalits.
Baahubali Part 2
Prabhas, the lead actor in SS Rajamouli’s magnum opus Baahubali took a break and went for a holiday with his friends according to a report. The Telugu star with a group of some school and college friends went to Europe for a short trip.
With 40% of Baahubali’s second part already shot, the rest of the part will start by September 15, said Prabhas. The second part of the movie is slated for release in 2016. Meanwhile, SS Rajamouli too went on a small holiday with his family.
