Actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, who celebrated her 41st birthday today, said she has signed few more films besides “Jazbaa”, without giving further details.
“Besides ‘Jazbaa’, I have also given okay and go ahead to few more scripts … the first one to roll on with ‘Jazbaa’. I though of making an announcement on that today but, I thought with due respect to the director and producer, it would be right for them to make an announcement,” she told media persons in Mumbai.
However, Aishwarya said she can talk about “Jazbaa” as it is out in the news. “Unlike last two years, this year I have something to talk about. I have loved the script of ‘Jazbaa’ and we will start shooting for it from January. I am excited about this film.”
“During the course of the year in the midst of the work you will get to see all the ingredients of Hindi films. But that may not be in one film but in couple of films. This year there is lot of personal and professional work. I am excited that its going to be a busy year. I will work hard to give my best,” said Aishwarya. Directed by Sanjay Gupta, “Jazbaa” also features Irrfan Khan among others.
For the first time in many years, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan celebrated her birthday with the media and share many more tit-bits, including her 3-year-old daughter Aaradhya, whose birthday falls on Nov. 16.
“When she turned one year old, I thought of celebrating her birthday with close family members… Last year, we had a big celebration and I had called kids. It was like her first wedding. This year I am planning to keep it a mix of both,” she said.
When asked if her daughter realizes its her mother’s birthday, Aishwarya said: “She recognizes its her mother’s birthday… Last year it was all about her singing which happened this year also and with a lot of clarity. She also knows that her birthday is also coming,” said a beaming Aishwarya.
