After the release of a trailer of his upcoming film “PK”, Actor Aamir Khan said he would visit the Yerawada jail in Pune where the co-actor in the film Sanjay Dutt has been confined. Sanjay Dutt has a key role in “PK” and he finished it on war-footing before going behind the bars after the court verdict.
When he was asked about a special screening for Sanjay Dutt, Aamir Khan said: “I was talking about this with Raj Kumar Hirani… we have this thing in mind. We are planning to have a special screening for Sanjay but depending on the permission. We will try our best.”
Denying any controvery over the release dates, Aamir Khan said: “I think we all actors, Salman (Khan), Hrithik (Roshan), Ajay (Devgn) don’t release our films on the same date. We want each and every film to do well.”
Directed by RajKumar Hirani, “PK” features Aamir Khan, Anushka Sharma, Sanjay Dutt and Sushant Singh Rajput, each one of them looking very different in the film, with unique dress and hairdo. Anushka, whose harido was boyish in the film, said, “I am extremely excited about this film and I have a new look in the film. I have been getting lots of compliments for the new hairstyle. People are liking it.”
Aamir Khan said the content was king for the film “PK”, echoing the moder Google slogan that the content is the king.
“Content is the backbone of ‘PK’. But with this film, we have worked a lot on our posters,” said Aamir Khan.
The trailer of the film “PK” was released on Diwali, Thursday and so far it has received 919,899 views so far on YouTube in one day, though the record was far behind Hrithik Roshan’s “Bang Bang” trailer.
