Finally, India’s cheapest and much-awaited Aakash tablet is ready for sale online. Datawind, the manufacturer has launched the revised and latest version under brand name Ubislate7 in India, and the student version will be sold as Aakash tablet.
“This is a made-in-India product. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to do this. The final goal is to either provide the same features at a lower cost or provide better functionality and features at the same cost,” said Suneet Sing Tuli, CEO of DataWind.
Ubislate 7 is an updated version of Aakash tablet and will be commercially available to all. This next generation of Aakash is loaded with better features and specifications, and any person can buy it now online.
